Potential Clubs:
Collingwood – Need a bit of depth in the Key Forward area. Lynch would be great to have as back-up and also has the potential star factor that would drive Magpies fans wild.
Carlton - After they traded away Fev, the need a replacement KPF surfaced. Whilst Lachie Henderson and Jarrod Waite have carved out a decent partnership, Lynch has the upside versatility that will appeal to Carlton.
Western Bulldogs – Traded for Hall at the end of last season knowing he has only a few years left. They have two good young KPF in Grant and Jones; however Lynch’s versatility would really help. Could play CHB.
Summary:
Lynch is a raw tall, but with massive upside. At 196cm, he could play on the wing similarly to Matthew Richardson. Only started playing footy seriously at start of the year when his friend Mitch Hallahan asked him to. Could be a future star but could just as easily be a bust. High risk, high reward-type selection.
Draft Range – National Draft Pick 15 – 30.
